    Hi Carol, and welcome to the forum! It's great to have you here!

    Right now, there's not a whole heck of a lot posted on how to develop, but we're getting there. this site is brand new, so it's going to take a little time to grow it.

    For the most part for developing any of your abilities, meditation works wonders. That, and accepting what you have and actually using your abilities will help them grow and make them stronger.
