Sorry it took so long to finally get to reading you, I've been super busy. Everything for a reason.
The only way that there could possibly be anything self-destructive put on you is if someone wished to cause you pain and/or hardship. That being said, it is easily broken if they did. You need to shield yourself, and block that energy out. Also, what you should do is to send the energy back to where it came from. And most of all, if you BELIEVE you are being affected by such a thing, then you will be. You can change what affects you.

I am sensing a lot of sadness, a lot of frustration, and just plain overall, “WTF?”. I’m seeing a good person, who has been trapped for a very long time inside a cloud of negativity. You’ve walled yourself in, your true self. The little girl who once resided there is lost and can’t find her way out. She needs to come out, to come to the surface. Too long have you been trapped. Too long have you been unable to truly allow yourself to feel loved, on a deep level.
To the cards…
What is it that you want to be doing? I ask because a card flew from the deck. This card shows me that you are not doing the thing that suits you best. You’re not doing what you want, you are unfocused, not using any ability that you have, or not using it to its potential. She is a skilled woman, not working in her field.
I’m seeing the end of the lies and deceit. I also see an arrogant man, followed by justice being served. Your hands are no longer tied/bound, which gives you freedom, you are no longer under the control of someone else. Something that has been a big mystery is about to reveal itself, if it hasn’t already. No longer is there a need to charge into battle, to push so hard against what might be coming at you, because it is no longer a force to fight. And finally, I see you, taking your throne, taking charge, taking control of you and your life.
