Interesting post. Great musical tracks there, you can also do what's known as guided meditation as well. But I prefer to simply just relax and quieten the mind first before approaching meditation. That way no busy thoughts come in while you are meditating. Which my meditations take form of daydreaming where the mind is not stuck to a guided meditation but it goes where it wants to go in terms of journeying. I have yet to try meditating today but will do so when I can have a spare moment when the house is quiet as I'd like to be able to work with my clairvoyance and I think meditation will be able to help with that too in opening it up.
